PT EDC Indonesia (PT EDCI), subsidiary of EDC in Indonesia, was granted a decree by Indonesia’s Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) allowing the Exploration of the Graho Nyabu Assignment area in Sumatra Island, Indonesia. PT EDCI will be exploring the Graho Nyabu Assignment area and will be drilling at least one (1) well within 3 years of the signing, as stipulated in the decree.
The decree was awarded to PT EDCI’s President Director Mr. Delas M. Pontolumiu (pictured) and awarded by MEMR Minister Ignasius Jonan during the opening ceremony of the annual Indonesia International Geothermal Convention and Exhibition last August 6, 2018. Members of EDC’s Indonesia Business Development and Exploration team were also in attendance during the awarding ceremony (pictured L-R: Ray Jarque, Jr. – BDG, Jeff Caranto – GREG, and Alyssa Aranzaso – BDG).
